- meals should be six times a day and with the same time interval between meals.
Diet table N o 1A
Diet N o 1A allows you to eat:
- cereal mucous soups (oat, rice, semolina). Add oil as desired
- steam cutlets, pastes, soufflé from dietary meat, passed three times through a meat grinder,
- milk, cottage cheese, cream (banned sour cream, dairy products),
- scrambled eggs,
- steam omelet,
- liquid cereals (except for pearl barley and millet). You can eat them with milk,
- sweet jelly, fruit jelly, fruit juices with water, fruit homogenized sweet puree,
- weak tea, broth of wild rose.
Diet table N o 1B
After the signs of the disease subsided, a diet of N o 1B is prescribed, which differs from the previous one in that it allows a greater chemical and physical effect on the digestive tract.
